DESCRIPTION:Tim Peirson has been a makeup artist for over 40 years. His talents cover a wide range of skills from beauty work and body painting\, to special effects and character makeup. He received his training in FX and character work from Academy award winning makeup master\, Dick Smith and his beauty training from the John Casablancas Modeling Agency. Some of Tim’s credits include the movie “Frayed”\, season 3 of JourneyQuest\, season 5 of ZNation\, Pearl Jam’s video “Life Wasted”\, the film “Molder of Dreams”\, prosthetic work on Three Busy Debra’s season 2 and as a creature makeup artist on “The Birch” for Facebook watch.  He has worked with several notable celebrities including Neil Patrick Harris\, Susanna Thompson\, Ken Marshall and Robbie Benson. He was also the special makeup effects teacher for the Tint School of Makeup and Cosmetology in Seattle for 4 years. Tim is currently collaborating with RibFx creating new characters for their line of creatures and characters. He’s a national touring Character arts teacher\, and also a member of I.A.T.S.E 488 and can be found in Washington and Oregon holding makeup demos at various conventions or in his studio creating prosthetics for various film and T.V. Productions.
