C. Thomas Howell is the star of The Hitcher (1986) as well as it’s sequel The Hitcher II: I’ve Been Waiting (2003). He was also the star of  classic movies such as The Outsiders (1983), Red Dawn (1984). He also had roles in E.T. (1982) and as serial killer “the Reaper” in the TV series Criminal Minds.
